Design Review Committee Meeting -- The DRC’s meeting is held at the El Conquistador Country Club on the third Tuesday of each month at 5PM. Please be advised that local Village approved plans must be turned into Northwest Management -- 5 working days before the meeting.
Canada Hills is an 830 acre master planned community featuring two championship golf courses in the Town of Oro Valley in northwest metropolitan Tucson. As part of the community, a 65,000 square foot clubhouse and the golf courses were developed for the Sheraton El Conquistador Resort (now Hilton). In addition to the 1,400 single-family residential lots that were constructed, Harvard Development also developed and marketed support retail, office, and multi-family uses for the community. This community and this association now includes 21 villages and 7 commercial properties. A private water and waste-water utility company was also created by Harvard to serve the community. The water company was later bought by the Town of Oro Valley and waste by the county.
